Zhejiang Zhongchao New Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 and is located in Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. It is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of functional textile new materials. The company holds the "Zhongchao" trademark, possesses 18 invention patents and 15 utility model patents, and has participated in the formulation of multiple industry quality standards and occupational standards. All production lines are certified by international management systems and product certifications including Bluesign, HIGG FEM/FSLM, ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, GRS, and OEKO-TEX.
Our main products include insulation batting, filling cotton, nonwoven fabrics, and rib-knitted fabrics, widely used in apparel, home textiles, and industrial textiles.
Milestones
Company Established
Jiaxing Zhongchao Nonwoven Co., Ltd. was established in the Xinfeng Industrial Park, Jiaxing City, specializing in the production of hot air nonwoven filter materials.
Introduce insulation cotton production line
Launched our first insulation cotton production line, marking the beginning of our journey in producing and developing thermal materials.
Process Upgrade
Added two insulation cotton production lines, introduced needle-punching technology, and began R&D on materials for gloves and footwear.

Create Knit Ribbing Division
Acquire 58 knitting rib production machines
ISO14001 certification
Certified under ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system
Introduce computerized jacquard equipment
Introduced 12 computerized Jacquard knitting production units.
Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation
Establish a technical partnership with Jiangnan University to jointly develop functional nonwoven materials and conduct key technology research.

GRS Certification
Achieved GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification; eliminated outdated equipment and invested in technical upgrades, introducing 2 new automated insulation cotton production lines.

bluesign® certified; ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system certified
